# Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

*  Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow [these instructions](https://lifesum.crisp.help/en/article/cancel-subscription-x0r9op/) to cancel your subscription first.

### Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the **Profile** page.
2. Tap on **Settings**.
3. Select **Account Settings**.
4. Tap **Delete Account**.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing **Delete Account**.

### If You Don’t Have the App Installed
You can still delete your account by:

* Logging into your account on the **Lifesum website**.
* Going to your **Profile** and selecting **Delete Account**.
* Or [click here](https://lifesum.com/account/delete-account) to go directly to the deletion page.

**Note:** If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
