This redesigned experience makes it easier to log food using AI, while also giving you full access to the Classic Food Tracking tools whenever you need them. Everything is now more flexible, allowing you to choose the tracking method that suits you best without having to toggle AI Tracking on and off.

### Portion size estimates
AI estimates portion sizes based on your input.
You can always adjust amounts manually after logging.

### Food data variations
Nutritional values may vary depending on:
* Brand
* Recipe
* Cooking method

### How to Improve Accuracy

* Provide detailed descriptions with quantities
* Use clear, well-lit photos focused on the food
