# How do I remove a Meal Plan or Program?

**Here’s how to remove your current program or meal plan:**

Lifesum requires that you have an active program at all times, but you can switch back to our default option: **Lifesum Standard**—a flexible and balanced plan that lets you choose your own path.

### iOS users:
1. Go to the **Programs** tab.
2. Tap the icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select **“View All Plans”**.
4. Find **Lifesum Standard** under the **“Balanced”** section and select it.

If you don’t currently have a meal plan, you can go directly to the **Programs** tab and select **Lifesum Standard** without having to tap **“View All Plans”**.

### Android users:
1. Open the **Programs** tab.
2. Go to **“Balanced”**.
3. Select **Lifesum Standard** to switch back.
