# Hvor finner jeg innstillingene mine?

For å komme til **Innstillinger** i appen, klikk på **profilikonet** øverst til høyre på skjermen i **Dagbok**- eller **Fremgang**-fanen.

Klikk deretter på **tannhjulsikonet** øverst til høyre fra profilen din.

Her finner du **Innstillinger** i appen.
