# Como posso apagar um exercício registado? - iOS

**Para apagar um exercício, por favor, procede da seguinte forma:**

1. Vai ao teu **Diário**.
2. Desliza para baixo até à secção **Exercício**.
3. Clica na secção chamada **Exercício**.
4. Para remover um Exercício:
* Ou desliza da direita para a esquerda sobre o Exercício que pretendes remover.
* Ou toca no Exercício e depois clica em 'Remover'.
