# How can I manage push notifications on my phone? - iOS

In order to view or edit your notification settings, please go to your __*******Settings****________ and then to ______*******Notification****___*___ ______*******Settings****___*_________*. There you can activate/deactivate the options in question turning the toggle on or off.

__*******Calendar reminders:****__________* In order to remove these, please remove them manually from your phone calendar. The removal cannot be steered from our settings.

1. Make sure that your iPhone settings allow push notifications. You find this setting under __*******Settings -> Notifications****________ and then under ______*******Lifesum -> Notifications.****___*___*__
2. Make also sure that you are allowing __*******Background App Refresh****________ on your iPhone. This setting can be found under ______*******Settings****___*___ __-> ____*******General****___*_________* in your device settings.
