Siri - New functionality added
We just made your daily tracking and the use of Lifesum on your iOS device much easier. With a number of new Siri commands you can now access multiple parts of Lifesum using only your voice! Read more here.
Shortcut to Barcode Scanner from the Control Center
With iOS 18 you can now add a shortcut to the Lifesum Barcode Scanner from the iPhone Control Center. This allows you to quickly scan and register your food items on the go! Read more here.

Vitality
Lifesum’s Vitality program aims to inspire people to make sustainable, nutritious food choices that support a long healthy life. The programs provide a recipe collection, in the recipe tab in the Lifesum app, filled with easy to cook recipes that are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and protein while low in saturated fats and sugar. Life Score design change
As you may have noticed, we recently refreshed the look of the Life Score - to make it much easier to understand your current score as well as the changes that happen week over week.
As part of the update, we also upgraded the algorithm that calculates the score. We wanted to make sure we're including all the right data in the calculation and that we're following the latest nutritional guidance by the experts. So, you might notice a difference from the last score you received.

Hormonal Balance
The Hormonal Balance includes a 21-day Meal Plan and shopping list that will help you reach your goal. In this plan, you get four pre-planned meals per day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. As guidance, you get recipes that you can follow strictly or use only as inspiration. Make all the tweaks you want to fit your own dietary needs!

With this feature you can scan barcodes from two different items when shopping or looking through what you have at home and in an easy way compare the nutritional values of both items. Read more here.
