I received a pop-up saying I must update the app - why?
If you’ve received a message in the app stating that you need to update it, this means that the version you are currently using is no longer supported. To continue using Lifesum without issues, you’ll need to update to the latest version.
What should I do?
What you need to do depends on how you originally installed the app. Below are the main scenarios:
- If you installed Lifesum via the Google Play Store
Simply open the Google Play Store, search for “Lifesum”, and tap Update.
- If you installed Lifesum via the Galaxy Store
You’ll need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store instead, as Galaxy Store versions are no longer supported.
Important:
Before uninstalling, make sure to check which email is connected to your Lifesum account under Settings → Account Settings.
When you reinstall the app from the Google Play Store, log in with the same email address to regain access to your existing account and all your personal data.
