Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription first.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the *Profile* page.
2. Tap on *Settings*.
3. Select *Account Settings*.
4. Tap *Delete Account*.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing *Delete Account*.

If You Don’t Have the App Installed

You can still delete your account by:

• Logging into your account on the *Lifesum website*.
• Going to your *Profile* and selecting *Delete Account*.
• Or click here to go directly to the deletion page.

*Note:* If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
