How can I view and edit my Body Measurements?

With Lifesum you can keep track of a number of different body measurements. You can also set up your own body measurements if there is anything specific that you want to keep track of.


Only Weight and Waist can be tracked without a Premium subscription.



**What type of Body Measurements can i keep track of? **


There are currently six different body measurements in the app, they are:


  1. Weight
  2. Waist
  3. Body fat
  4. Chest
  5. Arm
  6. BMI


Apart from these you also have the option to create up to four personal measurements if you have a Premium subscription.



**Where can I locate my Body Measurements? **


You can locate your Body Measurements under the Progress tab and then under Body Measurements. Here you will find graphs showing the history of your measurements.



*How can I view a full list of entries of a specific measurement?*


If you have located Body Measurements under the Progress tab, all you need to do is to:


  1. Press *Track Body Measurements*.
  2. On the next page press *Current* on the Body Measurement that you want to view.



*How do I Edit or Delete a Body Measurement entry?*


If you have located the list of Body Measurements according to the instructions above you can edit and delete options the following ways:


*Edit*: Press an old entry, enter a new value and then press *Save*.


*Delete*: Press the "*X*" next to the entry you want to delete. Note that this action is not reversible.



**How can I delete a custom Body Measurement category? **


*Android*: Make sure to have entered at lease one measurement under the custom category you want to remove. Then press *Current* and then the trash can in the top right corner.


*iOS*: Press on *Current* on the category you want to remove, then press the trash can in the top right corner.


Note that you cannot delete any of the six already existing categories.
