How to Locate & Change your connected Email

You find your registered email address under _***Account Settings_____* in the app. But unfortunately it is currently not possible to edit the email from here.

If you would find that the email address that is currently connected is wrong or if you simply would like to connect a different email, there are two options:

In order to change the connected email yourself, login to your account on our website and go to _***Change email_____*.

Reach out to our support team from the email currently connected to the account. If you are signed into the app with the wrong email, this is most easily done by contacting us through the in app chat option. You can find this option under Settings -> Support.

It is important that you reach out to us from the email connected to your account, otherwise we will not be able to change your email.
