A streak tracker is a powerful motivator for building lasting habits. By visually representing your consistency, it provides immediate feedback, fosters accountability, and encourages momentum. Each day you maintain your streak becomes a small victory, reinforcing your commitment and making it easier to turn new actions into lifelong routines. It's a simple yet effective way to stay motivated and celebrate progress as you work toward meaningful change.


**What are streaks?**


A streak is the number of days in a row you have tracked food in the app. Your streak starts at zero and increases by one each day you track.


**Please note:** You have to track food in the app in order to continue your streak. Tracking only water or exercises does not count.


**Why are streaks important for you?**


It can be hard to get things going on your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. With streaks, you are reminded to track food every day so you can take charge of your daily routines and eventually form lasting, healthy habits.


**Where can I find my current streak in the app?**


Please go to the section **Progress** in the app. In the section just below your Life Score you will find your current and longest Streak.


  • The number to the left shows you your current streak.
  • The number to the right displays your longest streak ever of using Lifesum.
  • On the right hand side of the title you find a little green info icon - clicking on it will give you more details.
