  • How can I see a list of all weight entries including date? - Android
    In order to see a list with the history of all your weight entries, please: Go to the Progress tab on the bottom bar of the app. Then choose Body measurements. Tap on the button Track body measurements. Tap on Current in the weight section. In this view you can see a complete list with the history of your weight entries.Få læsere
  • Can I add my weight on a past date?
    Unfortunately this is not possible to do at the moment. Lifesum does not support adding weight on one of the past days. You can only add a new weight today, or edit/delete a previous entry. How to locate my list of weight entries: Go to the Progress tab. Then press the button called Body measurements. Tap on the button Track body measurements. Tap on Current under the Weight section.   • What does the different colours in the calendar represent? - iOS
    Under the Diary if you press the current date, you can currently see the past days marked with different colors: This is what the colours in the Calendar means: Date marked green: This means that you have been tracking the food that day and that you have reached your goal / stayed within your calorie goal.   • How can I update my Start Weight?
    If you are returning to Lifesum after some time or simply entered the wrong weight at sign up and want to change the Start Weight, you can do so by following these instructions: it is your oldest weight entry that is counted as your Start Weight for the weight graph in the app. If you want to set a new start weight, please follow these instructions: Go to the Progress tab.     With Lifesum you can keep track of a number of different body measurements. You can also set up your own body measurements if there is anything specific that you want to keep track of.   • How can I add a note to my Diary?
    If you want to add some notes or personal comments about your day in Lifesum you can do so with our Note function. How to get to the Note function? When on the Diary tab, tap on See stats just above the current date and just below your calorie goal. Now tap on the Pen icon in the top right corner, then you can add free text/your notes.
