If you want to start over on a clean slate, you have the option to reset your data. Here is how it works:

**How do I locate this feature? **

The option to reset your data can be found under your **Settings. From there, choose Account Settings and at the bottom of the page you will find the *Reset data* button.

**How does the Reset Data button work?****

Clicking this button will **erase all previously tracked data **from your Diary****. **But it will not delete **any item created under Favorites **such as: Recipes, Meals, Food items or Exercises.
