How can I edit one of my own Recipes or Food Items?

If you want to edit one of your own Favorite Items, Recipes or Meals you can do so under the Favorite section under the Progress tab.

Only your own recipes can be edited. It is, unfortunately, not possible to edit Lifesum recipes.
