I am having issues with my camera - it just shows as black/grey, what can I do?
If you are having issues with the camera within the Lifesum app, either with scanning your barcodes or when trying to take a picture of your meal, please try to restart your mobile device.
This usually helps, please let us know otherwise. We are investigating this issue in the meantime.
