I have a weird email under my Account Settings, where did it come from? - iOS

When you create your Lifesum account using Apple sign in you get the option to use either your own personal email connected to your Apple ID, or you can use a private email provided by Apple.

This is a feature Apple offers and allows you to create an account with Lifesum without sharing your email adress with us.

This email ends like this: @privaterelay.appleid.com
