Lifesum Premium Subscription & Renewal Details

Lifesum Premium operates as a subscription-based service rather than a one-time purchase. This means that once you subscribe, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance. The renewal process follows the terms outlined during the purchasing process on the respective payment platform and is further detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

How to Avoid Subscription Renewal


To prevent your subscription from renewing, you must manually cancel it through the same payment platform where you initially purchased your Premium membership. This could be:


  • App Store (Apple)
  • Google Play Store
  • Samsung Galaxy Store
  • Lifesum’s official website
  • Paddle.net


Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Lifesum does not have direct access to user payment details or the ability to cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. Subscriptions redeemed with a gift card or with a 100% discount campaign will not automatically renew.

Initial Purchase Process


All initial purchases of Lifesum Premium require direct user action. This means that you, as the user, must actively enter your payment details and confirm the purchase through your chosen payment platform. The payment is securely processed by the respective platform (Apple, Google, Samsung, or Lifesum's website), and Lifesum does not store or handle your payment details directly.
