It's a simple yet effective way to stay motivated and celebrate progress as you work toward meaningful change.
What are streaks?
A streak is the number of days in a row you have tracked food in the app. Your streak starts at zero and increases by one each day you track.
Please note: You have to track food in the app in order to continue your streak. Tracking only water or exercises does not count.
Why are streaks important for you?
It can be hard to get things going on your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. With streaks, you are reminded to track food every day so you can take charge of your daily routines and eventually form lasting, healthy habits.
Where can I find my current streak in the app?
Please go to the section Progress in the app. In the section just below your Life Score you will find your current and longest Streak.
- The number to the left shows you your current streak.
- The number to the right displays your longest streak ever of using Lifesum.
- On the right hand side of the title you find a little green info icon - clicking on it will give you more details.
