Subscription Renewal
There are several ways to get access to Lifesum Premium, and the method you choose also affects how your subscription renews.
Through the App
If you purchased Lifesum Premium through the Lifesum app, your subscription will automatically renew after your initial period ends. This could be 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months, depending on the plan you selected.
Renewal will continue unless you cancel your subscription via your chosen app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Via Our Website
If you purchased your subscription on the Lifesum website, it will also automatically renew after the initial period (1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months).
Renewal will continue unless you cancel directly from your Lifesum account on our website.
Via a Wellness Provider
If you received Premium access through a wellness provider such as Epassi, Benefits, Wellpass, Wellhub, Benifex, or similar, you are using a voucher for a specific period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the provider and your selection).
These subscriptions do not automatically renew. To keep Premium after your voucher expires, you’ll need to make a new purchase—either through the same wellness platform or another available method.
Via Paddle
If you purchased via Paddle, your subscription works the same way as website purchases. It will automatically renew after the initial period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) unless cancelled through your Paddle account.
Via a Gift Card
If you upgraded to Premium with a Gift Card, your subscription will not renew automatically. Once the redeemed period expires, you’ll need to make a new purchase—either on our website or through another available method—to continue enjoying Premium.
