What is the Metabolic DNA Test and what does it tell me?

The Metabolic DNA Test is currently only sold via the Lifesum app to customers located in Sweden.

What does the test tell me?

In your personal results report, you will find out which metabolic type you are and learn more about your genetic predispositions in relation to weight development, yo-yo effect, risk factors, etc.

You will also receive personalised nutrition and action recommendations to help you improve your well-being and achieve your health goals.

Lykon's personalised nutrition plan will help you to integrate all the recommendations into your everyday diet step by step.

Where can I see my result?

You can register the Metabolic DNA Test in the Lifesum app if you have it set to Swedish.

This you can do under your Profile -> Metabolic DNA Test with the Test ID or the QR code that comes with your test kit.

Here you will receive your test results and the full analysis on your DNA Test once the analysis have been completed.

How can I take part of the nutrition plan and my suggested recipes?

Currently you can only take part of your complete plan and suggested recipes based on the test by using the Lykon App that can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play Store.
