  • I have cancelled my Lykon contract, how do I get my payments back?
    If you cancel your purchase contract, Lykon will refund the amount you have paid, with the exception of any shipping costs already incurred. The refund will be made within fourteen working days of receipt of your cancellation and will be processed via the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.   • What is the Metabolic DNA Test and what does it tell me?
    The Metabolic DNA Test is currently only sold via the Lifesum app to customers located in Sweden. What does the test tell me?   • How long does the evaluation take and when will I receive the results of my test?
    When you have purchased a DNA Test, either the Metabolic DNA Test via the Lifesum app or any other test directly via Lykon you will receive a Test ID with the test kit. Once your Test ID has been successfully linked to your user account, your health data will be sent to the relevant partner laboratory. Note that currently you can only purchase the Metabolic DNA Test via the Lifesum app if you are located in Sweden.
