Note - The reason why we currently only have two options available is due to our current calculation of daily energy requirements. We are calculating the daily energy requirement based a validated equation called The Harris–Benedict equations revised by Mifflin and St Jeor, where we calculate the BMR and then multiplying it by the given activity level. This equation takes into account variables such as sex, age, height, weight and goal weight. Unfortunately, there are only two sexes available for the equation - male or female. In order for us to provide the correct nutritional guidance for our users, we currently only have these two available. We are, however, currently working on a better solution for this, as we of course want to be able to include all people - and guide them towards a healthier life through better eating.

Worth noting is that if you are importing your exercises from another app such as Apple Health, your Activity Level is automatically set to the lowest level.
