Når du bruker Lifesum for første gang, starter du med "Lifesum Standard"-programmet. Dette gir deg den mest åpne og balanserte versjonen av Lifesum.
Premium-medlemskapet tilbyr imidlertid langt flere programmer og måltidsplaner for å nå målet ditt.
Det finnes et program og/eller en måltidsplan for ethvert behov!
Hvordan velger jeg et program eller en måltidsplan?
For å bytte fra Lifesum Standard-programmet til et hvilket som helst annet program eller måltidsplan, gjør følgende:
- Gå til fanelinjen nederst i appen og velg 'Programmer'.
- Når du klikker på den, vil alle tilgjengelige programmer og måltidsplansalternativer for målet ditt vises.
- Velg et program eller en måltidsplan ved å klikke på det.
- Klikk på 'Start plan' for å aktivere den.
For å hjelpe brukerne våre med å ta informerte beslutninger og føle seg sunnere hver eneste dag, tilbyr Lifesum nå en variert samling av programmer og måltidsplaner. Hvert program og måltidsplan hjelper deg med å nå ditt spesifikke mål for en sunn livsstil utover å bare telle kalorier. Alle programmer og måltidsplaner leveres med tilbakemeldinger for å feire dine seire og hjelpe deg med å komme tilbake på sporet når du gjør feil, sammen med oppskrifter for å inspirere til sunnere matlaging.
