Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription first.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the _***Profile_____* page.
2. Tap on _***Settings_____*.
3. Select _***Account Settings_____*.
4. Tap _***Delete Account_____*.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing _***Delete Account_____*.

If You Don’t Have the App Installed

You can still delete your account by:

• Logging into your account on the _***Lifesum website_____*.
• Going to your _***Profile___ and selecting _***Delete Account*_*__.
• Or click here to go directly to the deletion page.

_***Note:_____* If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
