    Currently, you can choose between the following partner apps that can be directly connected to Lifesum: Runkeeper Withings for the weight Fitbit Apple Health If the exercise tracker you use is not available in under Automatic Tracking as a direct sync it may still be possible to connect it to Lifesum via Apple Health.   • I have purchased premium but I still see "Lifesum Standard", why?
    Lifesum Standard is the program that all Lifesum-users start with in the app. And even though it is called "standard" this does not imply that you are still on the free version of Lifesum.   • Why can't I read the full notification on my lock screen? - Android
    On an Android device, notifications appear in the lock screen of your phone. When you click on it it will not open the notification but bring you directly to the app. If the text on the notification is longer than the text window Android is providing, you will only see parts of it in the preview.   • Why can't I see the smileys and feedback for meals any longer?
    The older we get, the wiser we are. We have understood that it is tough for our users to follow the calorie recommendations for each meal and that some may feel ‘bad’ by seeing a comment about it. This is one of the reasons why we have decided to remove the smileys and feedback.   • Scanned barcode is connected to the wrong product information. What can I do?
    If you would scan a barcode and the wrong result is shown, please proceed as follows: Scroll down on the product page that pops up after you have scanned the code until you see the option 'Wrong result for the barcode?'. Tap on the link and you will come to a page offering the search function. Type in the product name that should be connected to the barcode and choose the correct one from the list.     When you create your Lifesum account using Apple sign in you get the option to use either your own personal email connected to your Apple ID, or you can use a private email provided by Apple.   • How can I Select any Recipe? - Regardless of the Program I have chosen at the moment
    At the moment every Program and Meal Plan has allocated recipes - that means that if you change from one Program to another, you will not see the same recipes as in previous Programs. A workaround to get around this is to save any recipe of your choice as a Favorite recipe when you are on a Program. Then you will still have access to the recipe through Favorites when changing to another Program.   • Why am I unable to download the latest version from the App Store / Play Store?

  • How can I find the option to see Net Carbs?
    The option to use Net Carbs instead of Carbs isn’t available in all settings or regions within the Lifesum app . Here’s how the option to track and view Net Carbs is enabled.   • When can I expect a human reply to my support inquiry?
    We reply to all support inquiries, and we try to do so within two working days. If you write to us through the app the reply will be sent to you as a message. Please make sure that you have enabled push notifications so that you will receive our reply.   • When I try to log into the app says that the "email address is already connected"?
    This pop-up message means that we are able to find an account already connected to that email. It is also an indication of that you are not on the login page but on the page where you register a new account, this is not possible as the email address is already connected to an account.   • I deleted the step counter from my diary by accident - How do I get it back? - iOS
    In case you have disabled the Movesum step counter from your Diary or want to activate it in the first place, follow these steps: Go to the Progress tab. Then to your Profile. And then to Settings. Lastly, you will find the option to reactivate it under Diary Settings.Få læsere
  • The Vegetable, Fruit or Fish Tracker are missing from my Diary view, why?
    When using a Meal Plan, these trackers are automatically disabled. They will however return as soon as the plan is finished. It could also be that they are turned off under Profile -Settings -Diary Settings.Få læsere
  • My calorie goal increases over time each day - Why?
    If your daily calorie goal increases during the day, this is most likely due to that you are importing your exercises and burned calories to Lifesum. By default, burned calories imported to Lifesum or burned calories from exercises that you track directly in Lifesum are added to your daily calorie goal.   • Can I use Lifesum app on multiple devices?
    Unfortunately, this is not something that we fully support at the moment. It is possible to access your account on multiple devices by logging into the same account, but we are unable to guarantee that the sync between the devices is up to date. This means that something you tracked on one device may not be showing directly on the other device. If you experience that issue, there is a chance that adding something to your diary on the device that is not up to date will cause the devices to syncFå læsere
  • Does the mobile app work without an Internet connection?
    Unfortunately not. Currently, to open and use the app, you must be connected to either Wi-Fi or a mobile network. If the app is open on-screen or in the background before your internet connection is removed, you will still be able to see the app, but you will not be able to save changes or track items.Få læsere
