Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription first.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the Profile page.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing Delete Account.

If You Don’t Have the App Installed

You can still delete your account by:

• Logging into your account on the Lifesum website.
• Going to your Profile and selecting Delete Account.
• Or click here to go directly to the deletion page.

Note: If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
