How can I set the daily amount of grams I want to eat per macro?

Set macros in grams

Currently, this is not possible in the Lifesum app.

Macros (Carbohydrates, Fat and Protein) are always calculated as a percentage of your daily calorie goal, not as a fixed number of grams. This means that if your calorie goal changes from day to day, the gram amounts for each macro will shift accordingly, even though the percentage split stays the same.

Why this happens:

Your calorie goal can vary day to day if you have exercise or activity tracking enabled, since burned calories get added back into your daily goal. As the calorie goal moves, the gram targets for each macro move with it, because they are recalculated from that same percentage split.

If you want a more stable gram target:

You can exclude burned calories from your daily calorie goal. This keeps your calorie goal fixed at the same number every day, which in turn keeps your gram targets for Carbs, Fat and Protein stable as well, since they are always derived from that goal.

Note that your macro distribution is still set as a percentage (see "How can I adjust the split of my macronutrients") even with a stable calorie goal. Excluding burned calories stabilises the calorie goal itself, not the percentage split.

This applies to both free and Premium users, but adjusting the percentage split itself is a Premium feature.
