How to Change Your Weight in the Lifesum App
You can update your weight in several ways in the Lifesum app. Here’s how:
From the Diary
You can add a weekly weight tracker to your Diary so you’re reminded to update your weight regularly.
iOS
- Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon in the top-right corner on the Diary or Progress tab).
- Select Settings → Diary Settings → Weekly Weight Update.
- Turn the feature On using the toggle.
- Choose the day of the week you want to update your weight.
Your Weight Tracker will now appear in your Diary on the selected day.
Android
- Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon in the top-right corner on the Diary or Progress tab).
- Select Settings → Customize Diary → Weight Tracker.
- Turn on Update weight in Diary.
- Choose the day of the week you want to update your weight.
Your Weight Tracker will now appear in your Diary on the selected day.
From Your Profile
You can also update your weight directly from your Profile.
- Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon in the top-right corner on the Diary or Progress tab).
- Select Personal Details.
- Tap Current Weight.
- Enter your new weight and save.
From Body Measurements
- Go to the Progress page.
- Select Body Measurements → Track Body Measurements.
- Add a new weight entry under Weight.
