Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription first.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the *****Profile***** page.
2. Tap on *****Settings*****.
3. Select *****Account Settings*****.
4. Tap *****Delete Account*****.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing *****Delete Account*****.

If You Don’t Have the App Installed

You can still delete your account by:

• Logging into your account on the *****Lifesum website*****.
• Going to your *****Profile***** and selecting *****Delete Account*****.
• Or click here to go directly to the deletion page.

*****Note:***** If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
