What nutrients can I track with Lifesum?

Currently you can track the following nutrients in the app:

  • Carbs
  • Fiber
  • Sugars
  • Fat
  • Saturated fat
  • Unsaturated fat
  • Cholesterol
  • Sodium
  • Potassium


Note that we can only track what is entered under each food item.
