Use the Barcode Scanner to instantly find the ingredients you want to add to your Diary.* Here is how it works: <ol> <li>Start off in the *Diary*.</li> <li>Select the meal you want to add the food to.</li> <li>On the next page you find the icon for the barcode scanner to the right of the search bar.</li> <li>Click on the *barcode scanner icon* in the top right corner.</li> <li>Scan the barcode on the item you want to add.</li> <li>If needed, change the quantity of the item.</li> <li>Press "Track".</li> </ol> You also have the option to enter the barcode number manually. How do I connect Lifesum to Health Connect?

This can be done by following these steps:

Go to the Diary/Progress tab.
Go to your Profile in the top right corner.
Go to Settings in the top right corner.
Go to Automatic Tracking.
Select Health Connect and follow the instructions.

Which apps does currently work with Health Connect?

Currently, these are some of the apps you can sync to Lifesum via Health Connect:

Fitbit
Google Fit
Oura

What data is it possible to import/export to or from Health Connect?

Import:

Exercises
Total calories burned
Steps tracked

В «Профиле»ты найдешь основную информацию о своей учетной записи, сможешь увидеть свой текущий вес, текущую цель в области здоровья и узнать, есть ли у тебя активная программа/план питания.
