How to connect to and sync with Health Connect - Android
Connect to Health Connect in order to sync your exercise data to Lifesum and your nutrition data to your connected health apps. With Health Connect installed on your Android device you can sync your exercise and food data from Lifesum to other apps in an easy way.
How do I connect Lifesum to Health Connect?
This can be done by following these steps:
Go to the Diary/Progress tab.
Go to your Profile in the top right corner.
Go to Settings in the top right corner.

Connect to Apple Health in order to sync your exercise data to Lifesum and your nutrition data to Apple Health.

Please go to the *Diary/Progress* tab.

Go to *Automatic Tracking*.
Press *Activate* on the top option.

Can I choose to not add the burned calories to my daily calorie goal?
