Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, please note that:

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription first.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and go to the ****Profile**** page.
2. Tap on ****Settings****.
3. Select ****Account Settings****.
4. Tap ****Delete Account****.
5. Carefully read the pop-up, then confirm by pressing ****Delete Account****.

If You Don’t Have the App Installed

You can still delete your account by:

• Logging into your account on the ****Lifesum website****.
• Going to your ****Profile*** and selecting ****Delete Account***.
• Or click here to go directly to the deletion page.

****Note:**** If you're still logged into the account, delete the app from your phone. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.
