I would like to log in with Facebook on the Apple Watch app but I don't see an option for it - iOS

The login with Facebook will work automatically.

As soon as you open the app, your user token is stored and sent to the watch app.

If you should have any issue logging in automatically on the watch app, please track something on the Lifesum phone app. This step will trigger data sync and you should be automatically logged into the watch app.
