How to Track Exercises in the Lifesum App - Android
Tracking your exercises in the Lifesum app helps you stay on top of your fitness goals by keeping a record of your physical activity and its impact on your overall health.
You can track exercises in Lifesum using four different methods:
- Automatic Tracking with Partner Apps
Direct connections exists for Samsung Health and Health Connect. But it is also possible to sync to most of the major fitness trackers via Health Connect. Such as Oura, Fitbit, Google Fit, Runkeeper, and Withings.
- Select Exercises from the Training List
Use the app’s built-in exercise database to track your activity.
- Use Self-Created Exercises in Favorites
Track custom exercises you’ve created and saved under Favorites.
- Manually Add Burned Calories
Enter the number of calories burned directly into the app.
Detailed Instructions
- Automatic Tracking with Partner App
- Go to Settings -> Automatic Tracking.
- Select the partner app you’d like to connect to, Samsung Health or Health Connect, and tap the corresponding button.
- Follow the instructions to complete the setup.
- Track Exercises from the Standard Training List
- Open your Diary and tap "+" (either at the bottom right corner or next to the "Exercise" card).
- Select Exercise and then tap Exercise List.
- Scroll through the list to find your activity.
- Tap it to edit the duration before adding it to the Diary.
- Tap Add to Diary to save it.
- Track Exercises Using Favorites
- Go to the Progress tab and go to Favorites.
- Select Exercises.
- Locate your custom exercise.
- Tap it to edit the duration before adding it to the Diary.
- Tap Add to Diary to save it.
- Manually Add Burned Calories
- Open your Diary and tap "+" (either at the bottom right corner or next to the "Exercise" card).
- Select Exercise and then tap Calories.
- Enter a title for your activity and the number of calories burned.
- Tap Add to Diary to save it.
These methods make tracking exercises in Lifesum flexible and convenient!
