When can I expect a human reply to my support inquiry?

We reply to all support inquiries, and we try to do so within two working days. If you write to us through the app the reply will be sent to you as a message. Please make sure that you have enabled push notifications so that you will receive our reply.


The best and most efficient way to contact us is through chat function within the app.


Our team is based in Sweden and are working office hours between Monday and Friday (CET), which means that messages sent during the weekend will be answered as soon as possible as our agents are back on Monday.


Know that the support team is answering every single support inquiry. Please, always make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received a reply within 3 days unless anything else is stated.
