Here’s how the option to track and view Net Carbs is enabled.

Requirements to Enable Net Carbs Tracking:

To see the option to track Net Carbs, you need to:

• *****Select a Keto Program or Keto Meal Plan in Lifesum.*****
• *****Set the app language to English.*****

Only under these conditions will the Net Carbs option become available.

Why Net Carbs Isn’t Available in All Regions:

The calculation of Net Carbs is primarily relevant to users in the U.S. because of differences in how carbohydrates are displayed on nutrition labels:

• *****U.S. Nutritional Labels****: Carbohydrates on U.S. labels include fiber, so the formula to calculate Net Carbs is: _*****Total Carbs – Fiber = Net Carbs**_
• *****European Nutritional Labels****: Fiber is already subtracted from the carbohydrate total on European labels. This means that in Europe, _*****Total Carbs = Net Carbs**_.

As a result, the Net Carbs feature is not shown for European users, as it would not provide any additional value in these regions.
