Reset Password

Here is how you can reset the password to your Lifesum account if you have forgotten it. Depending on if you are logged into the app or not, there are two different options:



If you do not have access to your account you need to request a reset link via email. Here is how:


  1. Open the Lifesum app.
  2. Press *Log in****__*.
  3. On the next screen, select the option "*Forgot Password?".****__*
  4. Locate the reset password link sent to the email address connected to your Lifesum account.


If you are certain that you created the account by manually entering your email and a password and still do not receive a reset password email, please reach out to our support team. Make sure that you reach out to us from the email connected to your Lifesum account.


Note that this only works if you have connected a real email address to your Lifesum account. And if you have created your account via Apple sign in or via Google sign in this will not work.


If you are already signed into your account you can reset the password under the Settings in the app. Here is how:


  1. Please go to *Settings****__*
  2. Then go to *Account Settings****__*.
  3. Press *Password.****__*
  4. Then type in your current password followed by your new password. Confirm by entering the new password again.
  5. Press *Save****__*.


Please note: this is instructions for changing a password within the app. If you are unable to access your account use the instructions above.
