Are you tired of searching for every single ingredient you want to add to your meal? Use the Barcode Scanner to instantly find the ingredients you want to add to your Diary. Here is how it works:
Start off in the Diary.
Select the meal you want to add the food to.
On the next page you find the icon for the barcode scanner to the right of the search bar.
Click on the barcode scanner icon in the top right corner.

Tracking your food is a cornerstone of using Lifesum effectively. Starting the Tracking Process
Via the Diary: Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the Diary screen, then select the meal you want to track.

At the moment every Program has allocated recipes - that means that if you change a Program you will not see the same recipes as in previous Programs.
A workaround to get around this is to save any recipe of your choice to Favorites when you are on a Program - then you will still have access to the content through Favorites when changing to another Program.

*With iOS 18 you can now add a shortcut to the Lifesum Barcode Scanner from the iPhone Control Center. This allows you to quickly scan and register your food items on the go!*
