How can I manage push notifications on my phone? - iOS

In order to view or edit your notification settings, please go to your ***Settings______ and then to ***Notification* ***Settings*______*. There you can activate/deactivate the options in question turning the toggle on or off.

__**Calendar reminders:__________ In order to remove these, please remove them manually from your phone calendar. The removal cannot be steered from our settings.

__**In order to allow push notifications on your device outside the app:__________

Make sure that your iPhone settings allow push notifications. You find this setting under ***Settings -> Notifications______ and then under ***Lifesum -> Notifications.**__
Make also sure that you are allowing ***Background App Refresh______ on your iPhone. This setting can be found under ***Settings* -> ***General*____* in your device settings.

When you use an Apple Watch and your phone the notification will appear on the device that is unlocked.
