Lifesum Premium operates as a subscription-based service rather than a one-time purchase. This means that once you subscribe, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance. The renewal process follows the terms outlined during the purchasing process on the respective payment platform and is further detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

When you have purchased your Lifesum subscription it can take a couple of minutes for the subscription to get activated on your account, so please wait a few minutes after the purchase before taking any further actions.
If you purchase the subscription through the app on an iOS device there is a chance that the subscription get connected to the Lifesum account created with the same Apple ID that you are using on your device. The information shown on the App Store listing is referring to the app itself, a default App Store feature, and indicates that family members may also download the app from the App Store.

If you change device our login to your account again after some time and find yourself on a free account, this most likely means that the subscription in question is connected to a different account with a different email.

All data is stored on our servers - nothing will be lost.
What happens when your Premium subscription runs out is that the app is set back to the free version, but all data registered is still saved on our servers.
So if you e.g. happen to have a Premium subscription that runs out before you realize it and the app is set back to the free version, all data is still there. You can still access all items saved and created under Favorites buPeu de lectures
